LaParkan Una Clarke Scholarship • LaParkan announces 5th annual LAPARKAN UNA CLARKE CARIBBEAN-AMERICAN SCHOLARSHIP. The Honorable Dr. Una S. T. Clarke continues to serve as Laparkan Shipping and Money Transfers' Vice President of International Affairs. Committed to expanding Laparkan’s community outreach and involvement, Dr. Clarke has announced the next Laparkan-Una Clarke Caribbean-American Scholarship Award Ceremony, scheduled for June, 2009. • The scholarship was created to assist New York’s promising young students in the local Caribbean community with their educational needs. Applications are available at all Laparkan locations. Completed applications must be submitted no later than June 15, 2009.
